How to Turn On/Off Call Forwarding for the Events Line

A quick reference for enabling or disabling call forwarding on the events line through the Verizon Business Digital Voice portal.

Steps
  1. Go to the Business Digital Voice User Portal.
  2. Sign in - password is in 1Password.
  3. Click Call Settings.
  4. Toggle on Call Forwarding.
  5. Check When no answer.
  6. Enter the desired phone number.
  7. Uncheck Send to voicemail.
  8. Click Save.
