Brite/Grundy Tank Purge SOP

1. Send CO2 for 1-2 minutes at 20 psi through the carb stone to purge any sanitizer left inside it.
2. Attach the nipple to the bottom of the tank.
3. Switch gas and attach it to the nipple at the bottom of the tank.
4. Purge for 3 hours at 3-5 psi from the bottom of the tank with the CO2 microvalve open. Intermittently blow out the racking arm, sight glass, and sample port during this time.
5. Seal off the tank, increase the regulator to 10 psi, and bring the tank pressure up.
6. Confirm there are no leaks.

If you find a leak during the final check, don't seal the tank for use - address the leak and re-run the pressure check before moving on.
